First, uninstall Sapphire from your machine. Then, install Sapphire using the older installer and re-enter your license. Please note however, that your Sapphire v11 license is not compatible with Sapphire v7 and older. Furthermore, please be advised that projects saved using Sapphire v11 will not open in older versions of Sapphire.
