‌Rotating Lock Coordinates #3

All of the lock coordinates for some trackers had been created on the Front plane, but needed to be on the ground plane. Here's the command (for a Z-Up coordinate system) to rotate the into place.

for each tracker, make the tracker's lock position the tracker's lock position times the rotation by -90 degrees around the x axis.

This can be trivially modified for other coordinate systems or fixes required.
