GeoH Thru Lasso

Lasso vertices all the way through into the selected object (which can be a GeoH object, or a regular moving object to set up a do not track layer for it, but there must be an attached mesh). Control to remove vertices. Shift-lasso to lasso into a new child object, shift-click to place a new pivot on the parent's plane that is most perpendicular to the view direction, or shift-click an unparented mesh to make a new GeoH root object.
