GeoH Do-not-track Lasso

Lasso vertices on the surface of the mesh into the do-not-track layer of the selected object (which can be a GeoH object, or a regular moving object; there must be an attached mesh). Control to remove vertices. Shift-lasso to lasso into a new child object, shift-click to place a new pivot on the mesh, or shift-click an unparented mesh to make a new GeoH root object.
