‌Mac Uninstallation

If desired, you can delete your preferences, layouts, and default exports and preview movies etc from /Users/ YourName/Library/Applications Support/BorisFX/SynthEyes YYYY.

To delete the SynthEyes program, run the “Uninstall SynthEyes YYYY” app in the /Applications/BorisFX/SynthEyes YYYY folder. It will ask you if you want to deactivate any SynthEyes-only license, then remove the SynthEyes install and After Effects plugins.

NOTE: If you have multiple SynthEyes versions installed and want to delete the older one, you should uninstall manually to avoid removing the license or uninstalling the After Effects plugins— there’s only a single version of them, the most recently-installed.

You can uninstall manually by trashing the folder /Applications/Boris FX/SynthEyes YYYY. If you need to check on the plugins, they are at

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/SynthEyes.
