Flow rate of the airbrush, blur weights, and relax tools, ranging from zero to two using a logarithmic scale: at zero, it takes 100 seconds to become "opaque"; at one, opacity is reached in 10 seconds; and at two, it takes 1 second. For relax, the times are 5, 0.5, and 0.05 seconds. Blur weights behaves a bit differently but this still controls the rate.
